In today's increasingly common electric vehicle lithium battery, the daily maintenance of electric vehicle lithium battery also affects the hearts of countless consumers. So what should be paid attention to in the maintenance of lithium battery of electric vehicle?
✤ 1. When lithium bicycle is used for the first time, the battery must be deeply charged. The charger can stop charging after the green light is displayed, and the time is generally controlled within (8 ~ 10) hours;
✤ 2. Each time you ride to the battery pack, do not discharge the power before charging, but avoid deep discharge (more than 90% of the capacity) and recharging, which will damage the lithium battery;
✤ 3. When the undervoltage indicator light of lithium battery bicycle is on in the static state, it should be charged in time;
✤ 4. When starting, climbing or driving against the wind, pedal should be used to help;
✤ 5. Due to the non memory characteristics of lithium battery, the battery pack should be charged regularly after riding every time or every day;
✤ 6. If the lithium battery bicycle is placed for more than two months, the battery pack needs to be fully charged; If it is placed for more than 5 months, a charge discharge cycle is required;
✤ 7. Master the correct charging method. Connect the charger and battery pack first, and then connect the charger power plug to 220V AC power supply. According to this connection sequence, electric sparks can be avoided when plugging in and out the charging plug. When the power is turned on, the charger displays a red indicator light;
✤ 8. Use a special lithium battery charger (do not directly use the lead-acid battery charger), which should be completely matched with the lithium battery model. The over current of the charger will break down the lithium battery protection system and cause a short circuit, which will lead to the safety accident of lithium battery. The charger voltage is too low, which makes the charging efficiency low and consumes too much time;
✤ 9. When the lithium battery bicycle is not in use, turn off the power supply in time, or pull the battery pack out of the battery base and put it elsewhere. Because the motor and controller will still consume power under no-load state;
✤ 10. In order to ensure that the lithium battery pack is fully charged, it should be charged at the ambient temperature of normal temperature, so as to ensure better charging effect of lithium battery;
✤ 11. The lithium battery can enter the sleep state under the condition of refrigeration. However, after the lithium battery bicycle is used under high temperature conditions (such as summer), the removed battery pack cannot be placed in the freezer immediately, but in a cool place to slowly cool the lithium battery;
✤ 12. Due to the slight self discharge phenomenon of lithium battery, the power supply should be supplemented frequently to ensure that the voltage of the battery is maintained in a stable state.
